It’s annual review time at work. The time of year were at least 1-2 people who are good performers who show up and do an acceptable job, don’t understand why they don’t get the rating reserved for the top 1-5% (in terms of performance) of the employees. Just showing up doing a good job isn’t the same as being the best. ARGH. Millennials get a bad wrap, but I find this attitude cuts across ages and other demographics.
