My job is nuts and so I’ve been splitting the difference between US east coast and European hours which basically means I start working really early in the am to maximize the overlap in work hours. It is not working for me. I’m more of a roll into work around 9:30 or 10am and work late and stay up late. I’m going to bed soooo early and I’m not working out. I feel like I just work and sleep. I hate being off my natural schedule. I feel like it’s so bad for me. The farther I get off my normal schedule, the more sleep I need to function normally.
