So I woke up this morning with the entire left side of my body hurting. Like, from my shoulder all the way down my back to my hip. I know it's from sleeping on an awful sofa bed and having a metal bar in the middle of my back all night. Does anyone know any stretches for this kind of thing? It hurts when I walk, it hurts when I sit, and I basically feel like a 90-year-old woman today. :-(
