Hello hive mind! I’m looking for starch heavy foods that can be eaten cold. I’m going to a concert at a winery tomorrow from the morning till early evening so I want something to keep my stomach on track.

Some caveats:

I’m allergic to peanuts and other tree nuts (walnuts, cashews, etc.)

I don’t like mayo and most salad dressings, but olive oil is fine.

I enjoy most vegetables, but I live in the middle of nowhere so anything other than “basic american” can be difficult to find.

So GT! Do you have any ideas/recommendations? Thanks in advance!
