I have a lot of marinara left over after making this lovely, and I was thinking about trying my hand at pizza (natch again).

I know there are some expert cooks around (don't be modest I've seen your what's for dinner posts), so can any of you fine folk recommend a good recipe that doesn't require any specialized shizzle wizzle? No standing mixer, bread flour, or pizza stone in this house!
