So I have this huge wound on one of my hands that is taking forever to heal, and lately I've noticed the skin around it getting all red and puffy so I headed into my doctor's office today and he was like, "Yep, you're working on an infection, here are some antibiotics." And then as he wrote out the prescription he goes, "By the way, apparently our town has tested positive for a bacteria that appears to be resistant to every antibiotic. That's probably not what you have though." And hands me the prescription and leaves.

WUT. WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME THAT? He's always saying random tangential stuff about whatever health issue I'm seeing him for and I normally really love him for it, but I could have done without that little tidbit.
