There are no pictures of what I had for dinner, which was BBQ bacon cheeseburger meatloaf, because a) it looked a hot mess and b) I ate it too fast because I was really, really hungry. It was, however, the BEST BBQ bacon cheeseburger meatloaf I've ever had. Other-Husband was inspired when we went to the restaurant warehouse store earlier today (spend $100 on Tuesdays and you get a $10 gift certificate for any other day!) We got a huge bag of onion flavoured bread sticks there, and he used those for the breadcrumbs in the meatloaf. Brilliant!

The kids all had plates of nachos with refried beans, shredded cheese (goat's milk Monterey Jack or regular old cheddar), and salsa. My youngest also wanted chopped onion and minced fresh garlic on his! I was feeling creative, so I made them look like sunflowers, with the beans spread in the middle, the cheese around the edges, and the salsa in a circle around the beans.

So, tell me, what did you guys do for dinner? Fancy, simple, take out, homemade?
