I have a little bit of personal good news- If you've followed any of my rants on Fuck-It-Days, you'll know that I'm really frustrated because I've been doing some cool stuff at work — that I can't talk about.

Well, I can finally talk about it a little! The recent stuff I'm frustra-cited about (including the work that had me threatening to throw my edit rig into a river earlier this month - thank you guys, btw, for talking me down. I did finally manage to get Adobe and Maxon playing together nicely.) is going to be shown at 7 pm on Sunday, August 31 at DragonCon in Atlanta (though I don't know that I'm going to get to be there this year). Jimmy Diggs, the lovely fellow we've been working with, is showing it as part of his Sunday night Crypto-Historians screening.

For the panel, Jimmy will be joined by the fabulous gaslamp fantasy author, Leanna Renee Hieber, who you might know from her devoted portrayal of Narcissa Malfoy or from her strangely beautiful fiction which includes The Eterna Files, Darker Still, and of course the Strangely Beautiful series.

Spoiler:While we've done some work for the Crypto-Historians and were quite grateful for the opportunity to have Tim Russ' beautiful face grace our monitors, the new work is less Steampunk and more SciFi.

The Facebook event for the panel is here.
