I have a question, guys. I tried googling for the answer but I got a bazillion results about different things. I thought asking here would both be faster and ensure that I get the right answer.

I know that Wendy Davis pulled a filibuster to stop a law that would put huge restrictions on reproductive rights, but then republicans managed to have their way anyway some time later.

My question is, has that law actually passed, meaning it's officially law and people have to obey it? Or is there still a chance to stop it?
