For those of us who put such soy-based comestibles in our mouths - which do you prefer? Or do you like both? What do you do with them?

I prefer tempeh. The texture pleases me. The brand I like (Nutrisoy) has a flavour that's just called "Tasty", and it is, it is. I stir-fry tempeh with green beans and leafy greens. I like it with XO sauce.
