How’s it going this week? I have been ellipticalling in an attempt to build leg strength. I feel like I’ve broken some hurdles in fitness and weight-loss goals. Went on such a wonderful 8 mile run last weekend with perfect running weather - one of those days that makes you happy to be alive.
Question(s) of the week: Should I invest in a good blender (I don’t have a food processor). Should I invest in one of those veggie spiralizers? They are EVERYWHERE but seem like such a niche item. Advice welcome.
