I have a coworker who interfered in everyone’s projects and objected to all consensus agreements (even on mundane topics). She worked insane hours doing work no one wanted or asked for or undermining others’ work. We also have a strong culture of work life balance so it really stood out and made life difficult. There is nothing like getting bombarded by emails on the weekend and all hours of the night when you are supposed to be able to disconnect. Well, now she is burnt out and going on stress leave. I also think her assistant is doing the same. Now the work she was supposed to do is left in a mess for others to sort.
