You guys, I can't fit into any of my clothes because I gained some weight. I have never successfully attempted to lose weight before; it just kind of happens randomly without my thinking about it too hard. When I consciously attempt to do it, I get resentful of the things I can't eat and then I binge eat.
I've signed up for My Fitness Pal & have a friend who's a trainer working out with me once a week to show me what to do when I'm on my own in the gym.
Anyone else have this experience? I'd like to get healthy and also not have to buy a whole new wardrobe. What helped you when trying to get fit?
