I don't even care what Über says. I have black olive tapenade and artichoke tapenade to accompany my cheese plate (Widmer's Six Year Cheddar, Snowfields Gouda and Chiriboga Blue), along with fresh baguette, dried cherries and Dodge City salami, and I'm drinking wine out of a can. Tapenade is fucking delicious, and anyone who says otherwise is sadly wrong.
