I’ve decided to start exercising more (aka at all), but I know myself well enough that I’d like to start with something that I don’t even have to leave my apartment for. I also don’t really have a lot of solo exercise experience, so having a guide—even one on TV—is great for me. Help, please?

I’m looking for videos with a bit of variety, I guess—aerobics-type things would be great, but I’ve been having knee issues lately so we’ll see if I can actually manage it. I don’t have hand weights right now, but I’ll probably get some if I think I can keep a semi-regular routine. Half-hour things would be best (starting small).
