I hate cover letters. Maybe some teachers can help me with this?
Anyway, I need to say something about how the 3rd and 4th graders I was assigned were just below the cut off for passing the state test (the practice ones they took) and me and another tutor helped them during RTI time.
I want to say "below the cut off for passing the test" essentially but in a nicer way. Unless that sounds ok? Not sure.
This is what I have so far "I also co-led RTI groups in preparation for the reading STAAR exam for 3rd and 4th graders who were just below the____"
I've been good about writing my cover letter this time but there's always one sentence I get stuck on. Ugh cover letters...
UPDATE: GOT IT. Thanks to those who helped. :)
