Well the question is in the title. I think I need to go to therapy to work out one specific question about my life. I’m hoping that I can figure it out in a month of talkspace. But also I’m irrationally terrified of therapy at all. And I’m worried that the text/on demand aspect of it will mean that I won’t actually get around to dealing with it and I’ll have wasted the money. I know rationally therapy is great for everyone but I’m in grad school and my reserves of emotional energy are pretty low and I don’t waaaaaaaanna think hard about my feelings. /End whine.
