Related: I have a bunch of okra. I subscribe to a CSA box and there are few things I actually dislike so normally it’s fine, but here we are.
What do I do with it so that it doesn’t seem like okra anymore? I don’t want to fry it because I don’t want to eat fried things. Last time I put it in cornbread which was good because it soaked up all that gross slime it makes. But it’s not like cornbread is super great for you either.... Pickled makes it too okra-y!
