Anybody in these parts tried Noom?

I’d been seeing a personal trainer for about 18 months before we went on lockdown. I got a lot stronger, but didn’t change the shape of my body as much because my “normal times” schedule made maintenance a best-case scenario. Now that we’ve been home, it’s become apparent that it’s not just the schedule, but also that I have some weird emotional coping strategies around certain foods. 

Noom is going hard on the free trial because I filled out one of their surveys. I’m not necessarily sold on it, and their reviews suggest that might be for a reason, but am interested in reprogramming my brain so that stress doesn’t necessarily equal something fried, and disappointment doesn’t taste like sugar.
