Happy 30 days, everyone! I won’t go long in my last post with a huge list of questions. Feel free to share anything and everything you have taken away from this month of self-awareness and self-care. If you didn’t join us, that’s ok! There will always be little moments in life where you can stop, breathe, and think about what is best for you.
