Hi. My name is yellow bird. I am depressed. I have anxiety. I have post partum depression and anxiety. And that is okay. I'm okay. I am a great mother and a good person who cares about her family and friends, loves to make people laugh and wants to like everyone. I want to get better.

I am not ashamed. I am not embarrassed.

I am working on it. I am in therapy. It is helping. I love my daughter. I do not have to fake being a good mother. I am a good mother. It's okay to not love every second of every day. It's okay to be tired. It's okay to be impatient. As long as I always remember I love my daughter.
