TW: Weight, dieting

So I'm going on this diet-ish sort of thing. I don't actually like to eat food, especially in the mornings, because I'm constantly bloated. No one seems to know why I'm constantly bloated (IBD related? Never been a symptom before, but whatever). I've stopped gaining weight for no reason, but it's just kind of hovering and it doesn't really move. So I came up with the idea of making fruit smoothies throughout the day so I at least have something in my system and it doesn't sound nearly as horrible as eating. I haven't tried it yet, but I'll find out.

So my real question here is what would be a way to add a little caffeine to my morning smoothie? I suppose I could have coffee and a smoothie, but that doesn't sound awesome and I don't want to have to carry two separate drinks with me.
