So I made bread today (work is slow, and I'm trying to be useful to society in some other way).

It is currently proofing, and my arms hurt.

I also found out that 2 cups measured in the dry ingredients cup versus in the liquid cup is NOT the same amount.

EDIT: I just realized I had set the bowl next to the open window, so it was pretty chilly. Do you experienced baker think it will screw it up, or just take longer to rise?
