Did my strength regimen and an hour of walking/jogging. Hit my 10,000 step FitBit goal before noon. I am sore and tired and wolfing down a tuna sammich, and feel GREAT.

Seriously, I get the whole endorphins-from-exercise thing. Most of the time I come out of the gym and feel like I've just accomplished something awesome. Now if only I could convince Corgiman to give it a try.
