I know some people have issues with Kickstarter, but I do not care. Good & Cheap is a cookbook based on living off of a $4/day food budget, like those on food stamps.

It's more than fully funded, the product is available for free online, but the stretch goals allow for physical copies to be donated, and for non-profits to get cheap bulk orders.

The pdf is well-designed, and looked yummy. Plus, good general resource. Check it out. (And maybe share on Room for Seconds? I thought I had privileges, but apparently not).
