My anxiety is through the roof right now, for a number of reasons, but it sucks when it feels like I haven’t taken my meds. I know I have, and I’ve even taken a klonopin on top of my daily, and still, I feel like I can’t breathe and I’m going to burst into tears any second. Anyone have strategies for when the meds just aren’t cutting it?
