So, I've been very curious about making cheese for about a year. I even tried to get a part-time job tending goats for a goat cheese maker. I also bought a cheesemaking book on Kindle, but, I don't know....After reading the book, I was freaked out that I was going to poison my husband if I tried.

Does anyone have experience making cheese? If so, what kind? How hard was the process? Etc...
