The wedding pressure and constant "those pictures last forever" reminders have finally gotten to me and I'm now frantically trying to get in some sort of shape before my May wedding. Not to mention that I have been on an exercise hiatus for like a year now and need to do it anyway. I'm thinking about doing The Dailey Method's 3 month bridal special (ugh, I know). I tried a class out this morning and it was pretty killer . . .
Does anyone do the Dailey Method or a similar bar class? If so, does it get easier?! I could barely do half the exercises. And is it worth it? I'm not sure I can put myself through 3 months of classes if I'm not going to see some good results!
