We just started doing this. I find that I crave protein after I donate, and Husband goes straight for sugar/carbs. I feel all energetic and bouncy for a couple hours, but then I pretty much crash. Husband gets extremely tired right away. Apparently, these are all typical experiences... how about you?

Also... I’m curious how much compensation you get (if you don’t mind sharing)? Ours is $50 for the first 5 donations, then after that it’s $20 for the first and $35 for the second in a week. You can donate twice a week. I’m really glad I found out about this.
