Anyone been double billed by phone/internet provider?

Noticed yesterday that it appears that AT&T has been double billing my dad for internet service. He has one internet plan bundled with his phone bill for around $14, and another free standing internet bill for $50. I’m not sure how long this has been going on, but naturally I’m furious and wondering if we have a snowball’s chance in hell of getting a refund. Anyone have experience?
