Or craniosacral therapy?

My therapist wants me to try it as something to help me manage some of my PTSD symptoms. I'm definitely open to trying it, but I have to admit I'm a bit nervous. I'm not, like, deathly afraid of needles but probably just have the normal sort of aversion to them. Does it hurt or feel good or only feel good after the fact?

Having never heard of craniosacral therapy before, I only have a general idea of what that entails...but I'm a little skeptical. I don't know. I guess I'll just have to try it and report back.
