Yay or nay? I’m thinking of getting one.
I’ve done some early research, and I realize that the different models have a lot of different features. I like the idea of something that tracks my steps and my heartrate. I think it can calculate calorie burn, but I’m not sure. I don’t really care about the sleep metrics, because I am very rested on about 6.5 hours a night.
Thoughts? I know they aren’t magic, but I think one would be nice and helpful. I’ve been gaining weight with my job causing stupid stress and me coping with eating more. I think getting something new for myself specifically for fitness will help me be more motivated.
