My current company will pay for further education 100% as long as it is relevant to your job, you earn a certain grade, and that you stay at the company for a proportional amount of time afterwards.
I don’t think I want to jump into the time commitment that is a Masters program right away, but I have seen some professional certification programs that could be relevant and could get my feet wet into juggling a full time job and classes at the same time.
I know certificates in certain fields, like computer programming, are relevant but I don’t know about other professional fields. Will a Certificate Program in something like Biosimilars and Generic Drugs gain me anything? When looking at a resume does that stand out at all? Or is it a Masters or nothing when looking at post Bachelors education?
