At least Comcast web designers knows Comcast customer service sucks

I am dealing with Comcast appointment issues, and I just noticed it has weird website design. Their customer service pages have pictures of children outdoors. Okay.

The graphic next to a "Contact Us" link, because none of your issues are addressed in FAQ?


Why yes Comcast, your customer service is about as effective as talking into connected tin cans, although I think that might be overstating a bit.

Oh, and their header on the actual Contact Us page?

Why yes, talking to your customer support produces almost the same results as yelling at the sky with an amplifying cone. I think the hot air balloon is carrying away my sanity.

I do not need childlike whimsy from customer support. I need them to actually be able to get shit done.
