Avocado Oil and other New Foodstuffs

So, I’ve been having some issues lately and I’m trying to really focus on an anti-inflammatory diet to see if that helps a little. Also, it can’t hurt.

I got some avocado oil from Costco earlier, and the bottle explained it had a really high flash point (which is great!).

Anybody use it for stuff? Like, does it work well in salad dressings, or is it better to saute with it?
