I previously posted about a colleague who suffers from anxiety and had a meeting where she was basically falling apart to the point that I said something to our boss afterwards.

Well...

Someone in another department just called me (off the record; we worked closely together for a while and have a very honest rapport) to ask what the “deal” with colleague is.

*uuuuuuggggggghhhhhh*

I was diplomatic and encouraged patience and explained we’re all swamped and colleague’s been pretty stretched thin lately (all true) but... I dunno guys... Colleague has diarrhea of the mouth when she’s overwhelmed and she has definitely spoken out of turn a couple times to staff in that department and these are not people she can afford to malign.

So much cringe.
