Four poppy seed, two sesame seed. Cooling now, in ten minutes we apply the cream chiz, lox, capers, etc.
I'm still working on getting the shape right. The last batch got all wide and flat, so I think I overcompensated by making these a bit too high and round. The holes filled almost all the way in on most of them. Two, I think, are just exactly right (the one center and the one right).
And to think they were such humble little things just last night...
