I’m getting ready to marinate 6 pounds of ribs for tomorrow. Big ones, not baby back. I bought a bottled sauce, but I don’t the hell know. There is still time to go back to the store. I need recommendations for a homemade BBQ sauce or a bottled one. Maybe a rub? Watcha got? Update! Thank you sooooo much, GroupCookers! I made a plan based on your wise & delicious responses. Ribs currently in stage 3 of 5. Wish me luck! I prepared lots of other BBQ stuff tonight as well (wine may or may not have been involved) & I’m going to bed. I’ll post results Tuesday.
