Judge who handed down 30-day sentence for rape apparently felt he hadn't said enough stupid things, so he decided to say some more:
“Obviously, a 14-year-old can’t consent. I think that people have in mind that this was some violent, forcible, horrible rape,” Baugh said. “It was horrible enough as it is just given her age, but it wasn’t this forcible beat-up rape.”
Well, that clears it up! It wasn't one of them bad rapes. It was one of them good rapes. It was her teacher helping her out. The man should have been given a medal, not a jail sentence. Why didn't you say that in the first place?
But if that wasn't bad enough, this quote to end the article really makes you scratch your head:
“I think what people are seeing is a sentence for rape of 30 days. Obviously on the face of it, if you look at it that way, it’s crazy,” Baugh said. “No wonder people are upset. I’d be upset, too, if that happened.”
But. But. But. BUT THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!
