Soooooo as I mentioned earlier, I have been suffering from a sad tummy bug these past few days. I am on day two of a three day course of antibiotics (and I fully plan to go buy probiotics to take once the course is through, bc I am NOT about get another yeast infection right now).

I have been trying to go mainly off the BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) diet (also chicken soup), but I am troubled by a combination of “ow my stomach still hurts” and “holy shit this food is boring” and “OMFG I AM SO HUNGRY.”

I miss real food! I am SO HUNGRY but I already feel like garbage and I don’t want to make things worse by eating the wrong food. What do I do? What foods do you guys recommend? Anything with actual flavor?
