My old doggie has a bit of a limp at the moment; I understand why and she's being treated for it. However, it causes her to scrape the front of her foot against the concrete pavement, and she has made herself bleed more than once — one time what I'd consider a lot of bleeding. So I purchased all manner of socks and booties for her to wear but of them only one fits and even that has to be fastened with tape so that it doesn't immediately fall off; plus after one walk the sock has holes. Do any GT-ers have suggestions for how to cover her foot? I have gauze pads, adhesive tape, duct tape, velcro fastening strips. No where near here seems to have that veterinary tape which would be great — I've ordered it though, and other booties to try should arrive tomorrow.
