I have this nauseated feeling in the back of my throat like I'm going to throw up but I never do. It's been bothering me for a couple of hours now.
Can I do anything about it? My coworker got me some chamomile tea but that isn't really doing anything. I think it might be making it worse since I don't really drink tea. I didn't eat breakfast but I never do so that probably isn't it. I'm sipping some water right now and ate a handful of almonds and a babybel cheese. My coworker thinks it might be acid reflux or something so she says I should eat something to neutralize the acid. She might be talking out of her ass.
I don't feel well.
