Hi GT! What’s new in your lives for exercising?
Here’s some corgies being adorable. :)
I did this video about 30 minutes ago and holy crap was it hard. I got done and was like “welp, not walking down steps anytime soon with my jellyfish thighs!”
Side note - her shoulder and tricep isolation videos are also really good! Especially if you do them back to back.
Also, I watched this last night and it was really interesting. I feel silly but I never have done what he says - having a strategy for what I am working out for.
Thoughts? Ideas? Smart-ass remarks?
