I’ve always had a tummy, except for the time I moved to another state that was not pedestrian friendly and i was too poor to afford proper meals. The combination of walking several miles each day plus lack of food resulted in significant weight loss and a much flatter tummy. And once I moved and gained access to regular meals, the weight and tummy came back.

And I want the tummy gone or more toned. I’m happy at my size, I just wish my tummy didn’t jiggle as much. And with the higher waisted jeans now in style, my tummy has developed a lower pouch/ fupa (look it up, some may be offended if I spell it out here).

I know crunches has been the standard, but do they really work? I’m still poor and hike every day for work, so taking an exercise class is pretty much out of the question. Are there any exercises that can be done at home that people have seen actual results from? I do not need a perfect body, I just want it to be a little less squishy.
