Writing this from my iPhone since my laptop is temporarily out of juice...

After two months of being perfect on this front, last night Buster chewed through my computer cord and the strap on my favorite pair of shoes. I don't think it could have been boredom—we spent a few hours at the off-leash park yesterday and then I spent the rest of the day at home with him (I even took a nap with him in the afternoon when he begged!)—so I'm guessing he just discovered a fun new game. But obviously this is something I want to strongly discourage, and I have no idea how to do that. Do any of you lovely dog people have any suggestions, beyond moving everything chewable out of his reach?
