Somehow, it is legal that I am working 75-100 hours per week and making $1.50/hour doing seriously draining (physically and emotionally) work with people with special needs. I'm sorry, but if you were a parent to someone with special needs, would you want someone providing their care for a week to be that exhausted and underpaid? I wouldn't.
I feel like I'm stuck in this job, though, because there's a possibility for a $500 bonus if you complete the summer. Ugh.
