Hey everyone, I’m seeking some tasty recipes that have no flour or added sugar in them. That’s all flour, including alternative flours like almond or buckwheat, and all sweeteners, including white sugar, raw sugar, honey, agave/stevia, and maple syrup. Naturally sweet fruit is okay. I’m amazed at how many recipes include some kind of flour or sugar in them, and for medical reasons I now have to avoid them. Baked chicken six days a week will get boring fast, so if you have some kind of great and delicious recipe that doesn’t contain flours or sugar, please let me know!
