Calling all parents babysitters, nannies, and childcare pros

I need advice!

I've been housesitting/dog sitting for the last 10 days for a family I've known for a few months. I've also babysat for their two children, aged 7 and 9, a couple of times. I'm 23 and while I'm definitely not a professional, I've done quite a lot of babysitting.

Today the lady texted me asking me if I would be interested in caring for their kids for 4 days, 3 nights at their home next month and how much I would charge. I've never done overnight sitting before and I'm a little shocked that they feel we've built that level of trust already, but they are great people and great kids and I would feel comfortable and safe doing this. Plus I could really use the money because I don't have a job, so.

But I have no clue what to charge?? I talked to my cousins in San Francisco and they said they charge $300 for 24 hours for their 3 and 5 year old based on hourly during the day, hourly during the night, plus an overnight fee. That seems steep to me but babysitting rates are much higher in big urban areas than in my ruralish area (I usually charge 12/hr) but I like the idea of calculating the daily price based on an hourly instead of just making up a number.

These kids are homeschooled but go to a charter school a couple days a week so I would factor that in if I was dropping them off at school. Also have no idea if I'm expected to work on/enforce school stuff with them.

What do you think? How much should I charge?
