My wrists are super skinny, which means that they are very weak and prone to injury. They've been bothering me ever since I crocheted my afghan, and now I'm (unwisely) planning on making another afghan (I'm swearing off big crochet projects after this one, it's back to knitting for me). Does anyone know any good exercises that can help? I've done my googling, but I figured I'll ask people I trust, too, since googling can be entirely unreliable at times. TIA!
