I've seen quite a few posts here from people who are gluten free, low carb, avoiding sugar, paleo, or just trying to avoid grains in their diet in general. Would anyone like to do a recipe swap here? Veggie side dishes, favorite ways to cook different kinds of protein, etc?

I did a modified version of what was basically Atkins for a bit with great success, and I just recently cut out wheat which has helped tremendously with some digestive issues I was having. I'm thinking I need to get rid of corn as well. Heartburn like a son of a bitch after I made breakfast tacos last week.

I would not mind losing a few pounds, but my main goal right now is to up my intake of protein and vegetables and cut the processed junk. Breakfast this morning was some fresh strawberries, and egg scramble with red bell pepper, baby spinach, and a bit of feta cheese. Mmmmhmmmm.
